The Arab American Bar Association of Massachusetts (AABA of MA) is a civic and professional organization of attorneys and law students dedicated to strengthening and connecting the Arab American legal community across Massachusetts. We promote mentorship, professional advancement, and education, while fostering understanding, equity, and inclusion throughout the legal profession.

The Arab American Bar Association of Massachusetts was established in 2024 to serve as both a professional and cultural home for Arab American attorneys.
Our mission is to:
Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the legal profession, including public service, private practice, academia, and the judiciary.
Support Arab American legal professionals and law students through networking, mentorship, and professional development.
Serve the Massachusetts community through volunteer work and outreach.
Foster collaboration among members and with other affinity bar associations.
Provide resources and education on legal issues affecting the Arab American community.
Advocate for reform and development of laws and policies that advance justice and equity.
Maintain the highest ethical standards in the practice of law.
Through programming, advocacy, and community engagement, we seek to enrich both the Arab American community and the broader Massachusetts bar.
MEMBERSHIP
Membership is open to attorneys, judges, law professors, law students, and others committed to supporting Arab American representation and advancement in the law.
